End User License Agreement
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) covers your use of the slapz application (the “App”). It applies alongside our Terms of Service. This EULA is between you and slapz only — not with Apple or Google.
License
slapz grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store or Google Play usage rules, solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment (unless your plan expressly grants commercial rights). You may not sell, rent, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App.
The app stores
You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and slapz only, and that Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the extent permitted by law, Apple and Google make no warranties regarding the App, and any product-warranty claims are slapz's responsibility.
Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing your or any third party's claims relating to the App, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet a legal requirement, and claims under consumer-protection or privacy law. If the App infringes a third party's intellectual-property rights, slapz — not Apple or Google — is responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance may enforce it against you as it relates to your license of the App.
Your content
You own the songs, recordings, and content you create, as described in our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your content and for using the App lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, slapz disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, as further described in our Terms of Service.
